Description
Precast plant of Waskita built a new plant in East Karawang, West Java. This precast plant has an area of 15 ha which will be the highest production capacity that can reach up to 400,000 tons per year. This plant also can produce the only spun pile of dia. 1200 mm. The other products are movable concrete barrier, CCSP, box girder, etc.
Scope of Works
Freyssinet proudly can take a part of this rare opportunity to build this precast plant. We were appointed to carry out ground anchorages for 4 beds of pretension concrete. Two beds are for 600 tons of capacity of production, and the others are 1000 tons. These beds will produce prestressed concrete corrugated sheet piles (CCSP) for soil retaining structure and square/bore pile.
